A Project Manager must
have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction
industry, with training in both tenant improvement
and commercial construction. The position includes
both project management and project estimating. Candidates
must have exceptional verbal and written communication
skills, strong managerial capabilities, keen math/accounting
abilities and must be proficient in Word, Excel and
Microsoft Project.
