A Project Superintendent must
have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction
industry, including training in commercial tenant improvement
construction. Candidates must have the ability to oversee
subcontractors and foremen, and possess the ability
to create, maintain and update construction CPM schedules. In
addition, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft
Windows, Outlook and Project.
