In 2022, Johnson and Jennings was awarded the preconstruction and construction of the TERI Campus of Life 20-acre campus in San Marcos. We are nearing completion on the two-building Performing Arts Center phase that includes new construction of both a theatre and separate arts building. Subsequent phases will include new construction of two Administration Buildings, three Classroom Buildings, an Athletic Building, a Culinary Center, and the historical renovation of the existing Merriam House.

TERI specializes in servicing individuals who have needs that cannot be met by existing programs. This includes services to persons who have autism, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, brain trauma, severe behavioral disorders, dual diagnoses, and learning disabilities. Based in San Diego, California, TERI has grown to serve over 850 children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families; and employs 500+ professional and paraprofessional staff.
